- First of all, separate PVC pipe pieces into particular segments following the order of 4- 3ft set of 2 inches pipe pieces, 4- 2 ft set of 2 in. pipes, 4- 3 in. set of 2 in. pipe and 2- 1½ ft. set of 2 in. PVC pipe
- Make a rough sketch of your desired-DIY gear dip station on a paper to set the idea of measurement accurate
- Now, prepare the base of the gear dip station with the first set of PVC pipe pieces in the shape of a rectangle
- Make sure the inside gap of that rectangle should meet the measurement of 54cm width with 77cm length to built it perfectly

- Insert the funnel into that hole and pour sand carefully to fill the kickball entirely

How to Make it?
- Take two PVC pipe pieces which are measured out 6-8 inches to make the handles
- Then, prepare 4 sets of pipe pieces in the length of 4-6 inches to make the support part of the Parallettes
- Now, prepare 8 sets of pipe pieces with the measurement of 5 to 8 inches to build the bracing support
- Arrange the pieces properly and set them tight with PVC glue to built the outer structure
- After this, attach the elbow joints to the closing stages of your handles and support them to the added end of the nudge joint
- Finally, T-joint sets on the rest side of the support segment and attach the bracing pipes along with the final caps

How to Make it?
- First of all, cut the large wooden piece from the middle into two same-size pieces using an electric woodcutter
- Now take one piece from the and mark three similar rows along with two vertical lines over that piece of pegboard with the help of a scale and wood marker
- Make sure the row starts at least 2 in. away from the edges of the pegboard and make some dots over the row which are 6 in. apart down each line
- We are going to make a hole on those points over the pegboard using a drill and this way you will get some distance between each hole
- Now, wear a protection mask and drill those holes properly using a hand-drill to make sure that they are made an inaccurate shape with the perfect distance
- After completing the hole, clear the stardust and place the pegboard on top of the scrap plywood and trace out a proper measurement of the back of the piece from that plywood
- Cut out the scrape plywood piece using a jigsaw and apply a layer glue on its one side to set it on the backside of the pegboard
- Now take two wooden pieces with 2 ft. length and set them horizontally on the back of the pegboard over the plywood layer
- Take wooden screws and set them up over the plywood layer with the help of a driller
- Make sure you set the screws on the middle portion of those pieces to make it more secure as you are going put the entire body weight over it during your workout session
- Measure out handles from that rod with the measurement of 7 in. as that would be about 2 in. from the pegboard and 5 in. left from my hand
- Finally, set the pegboard on the wall over the base of those thick wooden pieces set on the back and start climbing it with the help of that freshly made down rod.

6. Battle Ropes:

What is it?
Battle ropes are one type of exercising element used for fitness training to increase the conditioning and strength of your body.
Supplies You Need:
- 2 pieces of old fire hose
- 8-10 rolls of nylon twine
- a sharp cutter
- Duck tape
How to Make it?
- First of all clean and dry the old fire hose for one or two days to make it tidy enough in your regular gym session
- Now, place the head of each fire hose on a wooden surface and cut out the metallic top from both sides with the help of a sharp cutter
- Then, untangled the roll of nylon twine and tie a knot on the top of the fire hose leave at least 6in. the gap from the starting point
- Make the knot tight enough with several ties and roll the top portion up properly which you left from the top
- Secure the final knot with duck tape and then, start rolling the fire hose in the opposite motion till the end part of that hose
- Once you finished the rolling process over the fire hose, repeat this method with the rest piece as well and your battle ropes are all ready to use to make your muscles stronger than ever.
7. DIY Dumbbells:

What is it?
Dumbbells are another essential gym device that looks like short bars with a weight at each side. They are usually used in pairs to exercise on biceps and triceps muscles in a human body.
Supplies You Need:
- 4 empty 2 lt. water or cold drinks bottle
- A bag with 10 kg. cement
- 1 14 in. long PVC pipe/metal pipe
- A concrete scraper
- A small container of Vaseline jelly
- An electric cutter
- A plastic cutter
- Some water
- And a clear piece of cloth
How to Make it?
- Cut out the bottom part of each empty bottle with 5 in. measurement and clean the inside portion with a clear piece of cloth
- Now, grease the inside part with a thin layer of Vaseline jelly and set them aside
- Cut the PVC pipe or metal pipe from the middle into two equal-size pieces with the help of an electric cutter
- Then, cut the cement bag and make a mixture of it applying the equal amount of water on the ground using a concrete scraper
- When the mixture is ready, pour it on each piece of greased bottle-bottom till the top surfaces
- Now, press one side of the pipe inside each cement layer to make a hole identical to the size of those pipe pieces
- Let the cement set into the mold for 1 hour then place them horizontally on the ground setting one piece of pipe between two cement-stuffed molds leaving 5 inches gap in between
- Now, let them dry for a whole day without moving them a bit from their place
- Once they are dried enough, cut out the plastic mold with a plastic cutter, and your homemade DIY gym equipment is all ready to use for your daily exercise session.
8. Pull Up Bar:

What is it?
Pull up bar is one type of gym equipment you can use for both indoor and outdoor gym session to practice pull-ups and strengthen back muscles exercises on the strength of your hands.
Supplies You Need:
- 8 ft. long 2x 6 pieces of wooden pallets
- 4 wooden piece with 2x 4 measurements
- 6 pieces of 2x 4 in. wooden pallets
- A marker
- A handful of 2- 1/2 ̎ screws
- 4-ft. long 3/4 ̎ steel pipe with
- 2 flanges

How to Make it?
- At first, place two 8 ft. long wooden pieces with the measurement of 2x 6 inches
- Set them onto the ground in the shape of the corner to corner touching and 4 ft distant from the opposite corner to create a triangle
- Trim the end edges of those pieces where they join together with the help of an electric trimmer after mark the edges properly
- Now cut out one 4 ft of 2x 4 wooden piece on the empty side of that triangle and prepare another set of wooden pallets with the same measurements of these three pieces
- When the base of these triangular frames are ready, set them securely with some 2-1/2 inches screws with a drill machine
- Then, place the first piece of 2x 4 on the second piece of 2x 4 finish the bottom edge of those triangles accurately
- After this, take the steel pipe, clean it up with the sandpaper, and set 2 flanges on its bottom edges from both sides
- Take inside measurement of that pipe from one flange to another and cut 2 pieces of 2×4 exactly the same of this size
- Place two pieces together and add screws from both sides to make them secure enough
- Now, do the paint part by using metal primer on the steel pipe and house paint on the wooden frames
- Make sure the paint layers are dried enough before going for the next or final fixing segment
- Make the bottom structure first then, set the triangles and screw down the metal pipe with the remaining screws to make it sturdy enough to carry your overall body weight
- To set the frames, you need to set a rectangle at the bottom, two triangle frames on their length edges, and connect them with the steel pipe on the top surface

9. Rowing Machine:

What is it?

- 2 bike paddles
