Here’s What You Will Need to Make the DIY Grinch Christmas Ornaments:
● Grinch SVG file
● Cricut or other die cutting machine
● Black waterproof vinyl
● Yellow waterproof vinyl
● 12 x 12 Cutting mat
● Transfer tape
● Hot glue gun and glue sticks
● Clear, round, disc plastic ornament
● Clear, round plastic ornament
● Lime green Sixlets candy or green M&Ms
● Lime green crinkle cut paper shreds
● Lime/apple/citrus green craft paint
You can find these supplies at any craft store. Some essential points include washing the ornaments for removing any oil, dirt, fingerprints, etc. Wash the ornaments from inside as well as you are going to fill in the candy. Let ornaments dry completely. Start by removing the silver caps from the ornaments and then paint them green. Keep them aside. When the first layer dries up add another layer for the best look. Use a paperclip to hold the lids while you paint them and while they dry.
The next step is to use a die cutting machine. Start by opening up the Grinch SVG file in Design Space. Size the file in accordance to fit the ornaments. For around ornaments, it’s best to use 2 * 1.9 and the disc ornament to 2.5 * 2.38. Place the mat on the vinyl as per the specification and let the machine cut the thing. Once the design is done, remove the top layer of the vinyl. Delicately stamp the transfer paper, buffing it to make sure it sticks to the vinyl. Then paste the black vinyl to the ornament first. Use a spatula or a credit card for smoothing and keeping the vinyl in place. Next, add the yellow vinyl eyes on top of the black. Repeat the smoothing process. Follow the same process in all other ornaments. Once you are done with the face, fill up the round ornament with the crinkle paper shreds. Seal the lid with hot glue. While you can fill the disc ornaments with the green candies. To add some style put a green feather on the top.

If you are not very creative, then this is a simple one for you. What you need is just a bit of confidence to start with. This DIY is pretty simple and you can even do this with your kids.
Here’s What You Will Need to Make the DIY Grinch Christmas Ornaments:
● Glass/Plastic Clear ornament
● Black Sharpie
● Adhesive spray
● Green glitter
● Green feather
Start by taking up a picture of the Grinch’s face on your phone. Confidently draw the Grinch’s face using a Sharpie, directly onto your bulb. Let the marker dry for some minutes to prevent smudging. Remove the top off of the ornament and carefully set aside. Place the cap of your adhesive spray that can flush to the opening of your ornament. Swish around the extra adhesive and let any extra drip out on a paper towel. Now, pour the glitter directly into the ornament at least a half teaspoon. Be careful to coat the entire inside of the ornament. Keep the ornament to dry upside down to let excess drain out and prevent clumps of glitter from settling on the bottom of your ornament. Twist a green feather around the top of your ornament before securing in place with the top.
