Guys our generation is the most messed up generation.our elders keep on pointing out our mistakes and every bad decision we took. Honestly, We are tired of hearing it… The most common line said for us is; you guys are so unstable, you can’t love one person. but why this instability there in the first place. So according to my research, there are a few reasons:
- Career

Instead of old-school ways, we want a stable career first. We want to stand out from the crowd and on our feet.
- Heartbreak

We might have loved someone who broke us in a way we didn’t imagine. Healing takes time so instead of ruining someone else we prefer to stay alone.
- Family

Some of us may belong to strict families where the idea of love is banned, so we just stay single till our parents find a suitable person for us.
- Liberty

Who wants to be caged right. We all love our freedom and just can’t handle a call or text every 10min that has phrases like where are you?
- Personal space

Don’t confuse it with liberty. Personal space is equal to your ‘me’ time. The time you spend with yourself where you just be happy with your own company. We don’t want to lose that!
- Fear

Due to past experiences, we got scared and decided to stay away for some time at least.
- Ghost of the past haunts

Another reason could be that the past events still haunt us. We might have seen broken relationships, fighting parents or something that still haunts us and we prefer not be in that kind of relationship.
- Liability

Like some couples, we can’t celebrate every small anniversary like the first date (Especially every week or every month), the first kiss, first hug and what not. So that is just another reason to stay single
Guys no matter what your reason is just don’t be in a relationship for the sake that your relationship status is not single. Be in a relationship when you are ready and not when you are needy.
