Hot yoga, hot tea, this diet, that exercise……. people just go crazy by the term WEIGHT LOSS. After hearing this word they just come up with some insane ideas and they guarantee that you would lose weight. Thanks to the sense of what should be said in public and what should not be said some people don’t advise you that “beta, starve to death you will surely lose weight”. So as losing weight is more important than any national issue I also have one advice for you! Have you ever hear of ICE THERAPY? if yes, then you should know about its benefits and if not then here is all that you need to know. What is it? how will it benefit you? how is it related to weight loss?
ICE THERAPY? what is it?
Ice Therapy is nothing but applying ice to the body part form which you wish to lose weight. Ice cubes help in burning fat. In our body fat is present in a bit colorful way i.e white and brown. WHite fat cells store the energy whereas brown cells burn calories. Ice cubes target the brown fatty cells which burn the calories, as a result, you lose weight.
Is there any side-effect? Are there any other benefits?
Speaking of benefits (because we all love our profits and gains except weight gain!), till now there are no side effects found. Other than solving weight issues it also helps in detoxifying the body, tightens the tissues, repairs if there is any damaged tissue, naturally lifts the sagging and improves the blood flow. I guess these many benefits would be enough to hit a trial for this.
What is the process of therapy?
In our country, we don’t have centers for beneficial ice therapy we are can try at home with either of the following ways.
WAY1: Wrap up home ice cubes in a cloth and apply it to the area. This might not give you very fast results.
WAY2: (For this you need to put some extra efforts)
INGREDIENTS: Horsetail herb, Rosemary leaves, IVY, Green tea and water
Take 2-3tbsp of horsetail herb, add rosemary leaves and IVY just a handful of them, then add 1/2liter of water. Boil the material properly and then allow it to cool down at room temperature. When the material has cool down froze it. Your frozen ice would be ready, wrap it in a cloth and apply.
This therapy has its roots across the globe. It originated from Mexico in the 2000s and then expanded in various parts of the globe. After knowing so much I guess you would try some session for stunning results.
