We all are aware of the fact that there are two types of Diabetes and none of them harm our body any less. The situation worse when it brings along other health issues. A person with Type 2 diabetes is most likely to be prone to diseases such as obesity, depression, heart attack, nervous breakdown and many more. One of the main reason behind it is that increase in weight. Gaining weight while intake of insulin is very common. To avoid that weight gain many people stop taking insulin which helps them in maintaining their sugar levels. One may easily be tempted for this step but this step can affect your health in a much worse way. So How can we manage both of them? With the following ways, you can easily manage them.

don’t stop your insulin without talking to your doctor. This may lead to high sugar levels which will definitely harm your body more and will lead to other complications. So go to your doctor and get your therapy adjusted by them so you can avoid other problems. - Sugar levels maintained
Monitoring sugar levels may seem to be a big task but in reality, it is very easy. To maintain them you should:
1. stay hydrated
2. drink plenty of water
3. don’t take unnecessary stress
4. eat food rich in fiber. - Count calories
Keep a check on your calories too. Consuming too many calories can lead to weight gain. This is because our metabolism slows down and burning a huge amount of calories can be a big task for it.
- Exercise !!
Nothing could be more effective than exercising regularly even for an hour. No one is asking you to hit the gym and pull weights do heavy exercise. By going on a walk and doing simple exercises you can keep your weight and sugar levels intact.
- Same amount of food
This means don’t skip your meals because staying hungry can make faint because sugar levels rapidly go down. So eat meals as you do every day and if possible eat smaller meals after every 2hours.
