A baby’s food chart should include all the necessary minerals and nutrients they require in their daily lives to grow. As an infant, the baby only needs a liquid diet which majorly includes mother’s milk or some artificial milk with a high amount of minerals and nutrients.
As they grow up and their teeth start appearing we usually start feeding them with the semi-solid type of food which is in the form of gravy or something like that. As their teeth become stronger and as they start chewing and biting they are served with the regular food. Children have a very little diet so they are served with the food which has the right amount of values of vitamins, minerals, nutrients, carbohydrates, etc. A baby’s food should be healthy and hygienic as well. Sometimes we should serve them with fast food or junk food for the change of taste but not every time as they are not good for health.
Food prepared at home is way different than food prepared at restaurants and cafes. Milk should be served to every child as it is the whole soul of food. This is at the top of every baby food chart. Breakfast should be heavy for the children followed by some lighter lunch followed by some tasty evening snacks and then followed by some light dinner so that they can sleep comfortably at night.

As a child grow and starts eating by their own we should keep a regular eye at what they eat, if it is good for their health or not, good for their body or not or it is hygienic or not. We should teach them to eat every type of vegetable rather it is tasty or not because children now days go for taste only and end up hating healthy vegetables. So, in that case, we should teach our children to eat all the fruits and vegetables which are good for them and good for their health as well. Going out for meals is good but only occasionally because when we go outside what they serve always tastes better but usually lacks the important vitamins and minerals and nutrients a kid requires to grow. To grow a child properly and healthy a baby’s food chart matter’s a lot.
