There are some days when you wake up late and rush to the office you don’t get time to have breakfast or make lunch for yourself. So I am about to blow your mind with everything from crazy-easy breakfast recipe’s-
- Nut butter- chia seed toast
Try this superfood which can be made in just 2 minutes. Take 2 slices of whole wheat grain bread, one sliced banana or fruit of your choice and peanut butter. Your breakfast is ready! You can have this with one glass juice or milk as per your choice.
- Oatmeal with egg.
Prepare as usual with milk or water, but add a pinch of salt and pepper and chili flakes, instead of any cinnamon or sugar. You can top with an over-easy or poached egg and sprinkle on a little cheese for an extra tasty kick. You can have it with veggies like spinach or broccoli also.
- Potato or mixed veggie sandwich
You can make potato sandwich if you have leftover potatoes or mixed vegetables last night. Take 2 slices of bread and fill them with potato or veggie add some olive oil or butter on the top to get perfect crispy crunch!!
- Besan chilla
This super-easy recipe can be prepared on tawa and is quite delicious. It is a cocktail of taste yet nutrition with vital ingredients like gram flour, ghee, coriander leaves, etc. You can also put grated cheese or chopped onions inside.
Take 1 cup of gram flour to add water and make a batter, now add coriander leaves, cumin, salt to taste, spread this batter on tawa and heat it from both sides. Besan chilla is now ready in just 5-10 minutes.
