Fat can get accumulated in any part of the body. It could be face, tummy, thighs or even your arms. Flabby arms or bat wing both the terms means same. When fat gets accumulated around the fore-arms, making the shape of bat wings that is known as the flabby arm. Having this type of fat is pretty annoying because one could feel conscious while wearing a sleeveless dress or top. Flabby arms are no less than tummy fat. the consequences of having arms shaped like bat wings are:
- makes you look unfit
- kills the personality
- gets noticed first
- symptom of obesity
And much more consequence. The situation gets worse when someone comes and points toward it. They tell as if they had made some discovery for which the would be getting a price. Don’t get stressed you can easily get rid of bat wings, just by simple exercises.
1. One arm side push-up

One arm side pushup is a way to target you fat on the forearm. It also helps in strengthening the muscles and chest. Just lay on your side with slightly knees bent. Then put your other hand on your opposite shoulder like wrapping yourself from one side. After this push yourself up with the help of the hand. Repeat this exercise for a few sets.
2. Windmill Exercise
Stand firmly with your feet apart. Raise your arms sideways and rotate them in a circular motion back and forth. This would target your multiple muscles that would strengthen the shoulder and increase the stability.
3. Goodbye Wave Exercise
Just like windmill exercise, stand firmly with knees apart and arms open sideways. Then instead of moving arms in circular motion move them like you are waving bye to someone. Keep your arms straight while doing this exercise.All these exercises would help getting rid of the flabby arm. Keep repeating it till you get perfect arms.
