In life, your child might meet many people who they call as their friends but they don’t know about their mean friend or if they know, they feel they cannot do anything about it. You need to tell them they don’t have to tolerate all these shits to be friends with them and help your child deal with mean friends like these.
- When your kids are going out, for playing or studying tell them and aware them about everything that might can happen with them and they should be aware of it. Self-awareness is very important. It helps you to protect yourself from the mean and selfish world and stand bold to face every situation with confidence. There are many people or maybe your close friends who will try to put you down because they feel insecure, so don’t get emotional or don’t be fooled around them. Stand up and take a stand for yourself and face them with confidence.
- Listen to your child what they have to tell you. Sit with them and know about their concern towards their friend and try to understand them and their face of the story. After listening to them, and letting them speak their heart out in front of you, tell them where they are wrong and share your experience with them. Tell them about your situation and your side of the story and help your child deal with mean friends.
- If your child’s mean friends are not taking your child seriously and doing the same thing multiple times. Now it’s time to talk to their school teachers. Tell their teachers the whole scenario and ask them to take care of it and should take any action regarding this so that nobody can bully or can play pranks with anybody.
- It is not always required to go with the group; sometimes to take a stand is very important. As true and real friends respect each other’s interests, opinions, and choices they make for themselves. Real friends stay with them no matter what but mean friends put them down and can’t see them touching the peak of success. This might help your child deal with mean friends.
