When you cross a certain age the people near you starts to pressurize you to get married. As are our culture revolves around thinking that after a certain age one must get married and marriage is the whole motive why we are living on this earth. Seriously, like if a girl is 25years old either a relative or neighbor will come up and ask “ Betaaa, Shaadi kab kar rahe ho?” (imagine this line is said in the voice of an old lady as shown in old Bollywood movies) by the way, they ask you with so much concern as if they are the one who has to plan all the finances of the wedding. Folks if you are getting married any of the reason given below then thing twice.
- Avoid loneliness
Mostly when people are single for a long time they feel like they don’t have anyone around them who would accompany them everywhere. Guys companionship is nice but that should not be the reason why one should get married. Loneliness is not driven away by someone’s presence it can only be driven away by you. I can say this because sometimes I feel alone in spite of being with someone.
- Society Pressure
Never ever get married for this reason. I repeat Never! People around us tend to behave like they care about us the most but the truth is they don’t. They just need something to talk about. Guys, our society will never be satisfied. They will behave like a pressure cooker always for some or the other reason.
- The whole Squad is married
When our friends start to get married we naturally start starts to feel that we are also ready. Honestly, this feeling gets over as soon as functions get over. What starts after a function is your friends and relatives starts to push you towards getting married.
- Clock ticking

One reason that some people get married is they feel that there is a clock which is ticking and once the timer is out they won’t be able to have babies. Guys technology is so advanced now that you need not to worry of ticking clock and if nothing works you can always go for adoption.
- Past
Well, one of the worst reason one could get married is that they made a mistake in the past and now they feel that they should get married so that it won’t happen again. Well, as I always say that no one makes mistakes on purpose so if you made one you can always mend your ways. Marriage won’t stop anything.
Folks get married when you feel you are ready because in marriage two families are involved. Don’t get married for any stupid reason.
