Boss is someone you work under. As the stereotype suggests they are the horrible person who doesn’t have feelings, who just wants to get work done either by hook or by crook. Well, boss, whether they like it or not they have to get work done that is why they are there in the first place but the thing in this Boss line you will meet a couple of them with various traits. Here are some of the following:
- Hitler Boss
These totally go with the stereotype. They overload you with the work, yell at you for every mistake even the insignificant one. You don’t at all like them because they make your life a hell. Every time you see them you feel like either choking them or yourself.
- Workaholic Boss

One who is overloaded with work and does with you too. Basically, you both work like 14hours a day. Working under someone like that comes at the cost of your social life. If work long under this type of boss then you also get addicted to working and then when someone works under you, you are referred to as workaholic boss.
3 Psycho boss
Who goes crazy with everything. They just see work either they behave like the crazy enthusiastic bunny or like a worried mom who thinks if anything wrong can happen it is with their kid. Dealing with someone like this is very difficult because you don’t know how your boss will react to the current situation.
- Scary boss

The one whom everyone is scared of. The work gets done because of their terror. They are a smaller version of Hitler boss. Perks are that the office politics stays at the minimum level.
- Confused boss

They get confused when you ask them for something. They get confused and also makes you confuse. So dealing with them I quite confusing. The good thing is you get to take charge and this would help you improve your managerial skills.
- Dominating boss

The one who keeps dominating you with the experience they hold. In every conversation, you would hear “I have more experience than you.” The consequence is that after some time you just stop listening to whatever comes after that line because you know it is the same speech.
- Cool Boss

The people in this category are less so you might not easily find one. Well, working with them is pretty cool because they not only tell you what work you have to do but also mentor and guide you.
Now categorize your boss and deal with them accordingly.
