“Watermelon a day keeps the weight away!!!” absurd saying but true. In a recent study regarding weight loss, it was found that watermelon could also help in weight loss.
Watermelon is a summer fruit which is rich in natural sugar. This tasty summer fruit contains some components which could help in preventing cancer, improves heart condition, lowers the oxidative stress (imbalance between antioxidants and free radicals), and keep the person hydrated.

Take 10 days and divide them as follow
STAGE 1:-
For the first 3 days eat watermelon only. Stop eating anything else than watermelon.
STAGE 2:-
Then from 4 to 10th day replace watermelon in your diet with snack and dinner. Have your regular breakfast and go to work. Then when you want to have a snack eat watermelon. Have your lunch same as usual and dinner again eat watermelon.

The consequences of this diet are:
1. May cause Diaherrea or Bloating
2. Imbalance Glucose levels
3. Increase the risk of Liver Inflammation (Inflammatory condition of the liver)
4. May cause water Intoxication
5. A person can suffer from Over-hydration
