Dairy Products:-
Dairy products like milk and curd are rich in calcium which helps to strengthen the bones and teeth of the body. It is also very beneficial for the body to function properly during the working period.

Beetroot is rich in vitamins A and C, which helps your body to reduce fatigue and provide energy. Those who are doing workout must take beetroot juice in your diet, this helps in maintaining the stamina of the body.
