This may look very easy but holding up all your body weight just on your palm and toes is not an easy task. Lay on your belly then stiffly place your hand on the ground and start lifting up your body. Hold up in the air as long as you can and then slowly lower yourself down. - Boat Pose
To do this pose sit with your knees bent. Keep your spine straight lean slightly towards the back and then lift your legs straightening your knees. Stand with your legs apart and arms open. Then open your right foot a little so that your toes point towards the top. Lean towards your right, try touching the ground with your palm forming a 90-degree angle.
